Still a flower hanging on on a muggy Autumn day in the drizzle. Forgot to picture when in full flower.

I have this shrub, Siris, but it's called 'Rose of Sharon' over here.

I have the blue one which is a true blue flower, cyan is notoriously unstable in most flowers, mostly affected by environmental factors.

Let’s hope 2019 is the year then Siris that they will flower. Do young ones flower or do they have to get established? Thanks

My plant from seed flowered in its 3rd year, ex next door's Bluebird plant. It was about 2 1/2 ft tall, on a single stem.
I've also got a seedling from her pink and white one, but that's not flowered yet. I'm hoping it will flower next year.
