Julia..I’ve justsoaked my fruit for the cake...the smell almost makes up for the continuing dire weather!

The raspberries sound good.. perhaps with a cheesecake or pavlova as already suggested...… I'm feeling hungry....

Just found a new Christmas cake recipe which I think I will give a try....... Meadow I will settle for a good pavlova any day!
