These come into bloom as the garden goes dormant - the timing is remarkable.

I had to google denticulatas, never heard of them. They look spectacular. Do they all come in purple?
They must look amazing planted in mass. Do they have a fragrance?

Talking of ‘dormancy’, I have been taking a lot of pleasure fron seeing how muchsome of my spring flowering primulas have grown over the summer. Some of the denticulatas have so many buds appearing. Its lovely to watch them thriving! Loads to look forward to!
