I used to grow one that looks similar when we lived in Spain but the flowers didn't have that silky sheen to them, I don't think. The did produce sausage shape bright red fruits a plenty!

Several of them have berries. You showed a photo once of one that was covered in little red ones. It was Mammillaria prolifera. I put a photo of mine the same day as this.
