I've checked back - this is two weeks later than last year, and a week later than 2017. I'd forgotten just how late it gets before this starts flowering

I'm keeping my fingers crossed Andrew it might be that mine was set back when we dug it up to bring with us when we moved house ... it's tall and has lots of mauve bracks so is healthy which is good news ..
