My favorite - pickled peppers - every kind. Well, maybe not the Carolina Reaper. Some people eat those too. It's off the charts. I love pickled shallots too. I would love to try these! Once I visited the Quakers in Pennsylvania and somebody gave me a plate pf pickled watermelon rind. I didn't even think that was edible! I was wrong.

I love pickled peppers to Paul I use the liquid to drizzle over my salad ... I can't imagine what the water melon tastes like ....

It was only the rind - the part we throw out but I ate it anyway because - I was the guest. I love the Quakers, but that was a bit strange, lol.

They look lovely. Haven't ever had them pickled but I reckon I would enjoy them.
