What a beauty, Aleyna. I’ve a couple of escallonia varieties on the hill/bund. I just hope they do as well as yours!
I’ll google your variety, it’s a lovely colour. Is it white or a white with a hint of colour?

Kate, the flowers are white with a hint of lemon green inside, very pretty.

Absolutely lovely! Funnily enough, my white Escallonia 'Iveyi' has just started flowering!

Karen, I was reading about the Escallonia 'Iveyi' and found out it is a "hybrid cultivar planted as a garden ornamental. The cultivar originated as a natural hybrid seedling discovered in the garden of Caerhays Castle in Cornwall" (wikipedia).
Looked to a close picture of your escallonia and it is very similar to the ones here. The leaves are more elongated than the Iveyi species.
