I hate not hanging washing out ! seeing yours makes me so envious..isn't that sad ? lol..x

In answer to Siris' question, no they did not dry because it hailed this afternoon!! However they are now drying indoors and they smell of the fresh air!

Sandra, it was all a bit of a waste of time but I did enjoy using pegs again - isn't THAT sad?!

Not sad Wildrose. I so want to hang out my washing that I bought a packet of wooden pegs as the plastic ones never seem to last. I have been hanging my washing up on my old fashioned pulley. I would be lost without it.

It's the simple things in life that give the most pleasure! I need new pegs too!

Yippee ! I got my washing dry outside today ! I never thought such a mundane job would give so much pleasure ! Now THAT IS sad,Chris !

I got my washing dry too the other day Chris ! I love the smell of newly dried washing and towels are much softer as I don't have a tumble dryer. Spring is on its way !! xx

Nothing beats the smell of laundry dried outside....we have a whirlie no room for a proper washing line ....can’t wait to put it up again....tumble drying is not the same..but in the winter it’s a blessing...especially this last winter☹️🙁😳
