It isn't only food that's essential. There are things that are essential for our mental well being. Our minds are just as important as our bodies.

HOPE THEY ALL GROW WELL FOR YOU KATE. LOOKS LIKE NO TOMATOES FOR US THIS YEAR, WE HAVE BEANS PEAS AND COURGETTE SEEDS THOUGH.

A lovely choice of seed Kate you should nt worry to much about whats essential it's what is important to you in my mind we have nt hot good leaders keep giving mixed messages to us all and not using common sense if your vunerable and you dont trust your carers how would you get your money out of the bank as the bank says your not to give your pin or private bank details to any one else . At least your not depriving any one of food.

A lovely selection there Kate very colourful they will attract Bees and butterflies ,you've reminded me I have a packet of wild flower seeds my grandson gave me from a magazine ..

The magazine I bought was called Mindful Gardening, I thought this was quite apt in current times. Pricey, but worth it! Especially the free seeds! You’re right Hywel and Thrup, the mind needs to be looked after too. I think everyone will be restricted this year with the garden in buying any extras, like veg as Linda mentioned..luckily you have remembered your seeds Amy, and Julia you have your plug plants too.
Paul, I’ll certainly keep a log, anything to keep busy while the garden centres are closed...
I’ve my hellebore seedlings to keep nurturing too.
