Tulips

Nearly all the tulips in my garden have come from a bag of bulbs my son gave to me for a birthday many years ago. Strangely the tulips seem to increase year on year but the daffodils decrease every year.

They must be Darwin tulips. Those are the ones that do well in the soil year upon year. I read about them last year and thought....ah...that's why some do well while most detriorate very fast.
