I can see why handy to know for the future the bees love it.

That's odd, as they are often referred to as seaside plants!

Love this plant,Shirley..we had one at our last house,which has since been trained to be part of a hedge ,which we originally planted,so it merges with a variegated Holly and a Berberis.A shame it's at the expense of the beautiful flowers,now it is trimmed to a certain height :o(
