It is a triffid Sue ,Thanks 3p , I'm incognito Sandra hoping you wouldn't recognise me Haha , it was hot that day Kate ,Paul the flowers will grow a bit taller and then will attract hundreds of bees its a sight to see , it originally comes from Africa every part of the plant is poisonous , I'm glad you like my new home we're quite settled and glad we moved especially now in these strange times ... Thanks Karen ,it must love the spot its in ,I took a cutting from its base which is growing well , I could soon have another giant competing with it :o)

Oh my word, it’s gigantic, I pruned ours, so hopefully it won’t grow as large as that, I don’t think Andrews grows that tall?...we certainly haven’t the room for one that enormous....we have one giant already...can’t have two!!
