This is a different colour from one of my self sown jobs.

I was going to stop growing them because of their tendency to travel extensively until I found 'Carnea" last year. Now it has a spot in the border. Never learn.

I absolutely love this plant and I do have a small clump. However I don't think it is entirely happy on my thick wealden clay. I was given it by a friend who lives in Bognor Regis, ie between the South Downs and the sea, where it grows prolifically on her loamy, gravelly soil.
