Bath time...

It’s rained Or drizzled almost constantly this week. The garden has loved it but I must admit that I am fed up of it now. I did have to smile yesterday though when during a particularly heavy downpour, a black bird hopped into the dog bowl and took a bath!! Shower and a bath eh! She obviously didn't want to risk getting washed in the pond.

They are fun to watch, aren't they? Opportunists! We have a regular 'shower' of baby starlings sharing our tray. We have to refill it once thay all take their leave. Messy bathers.
