This plant just gets better and better each year. I do cutt off some of the basal leaves as they cause die back on the plants below it.

Actually there is a Bee on one of the spikes, but so small not easily seen.

Ahrr yes I can see it between the plant and green leaves bottom left.

You're right, 3pb, and I think there's one about to land on the second left spike about 4 flowers up.
