These I must confess are my favourites among my Amaryllis! Every one is a little different from the others.

I can see why its your favourite.😊

It's also standing up well to the 30+C temps on the balcony!

Thats a good thing to know for next year .

Today I noticed that the flowers were starting to fade - after nearly 2 weeks. :(

They ve done well for 2 weeks at least they flowered nice for you.

I removed the dead flowers today.

Ready to hibernate until next year then 😊

No, they still have to grow through the summer & the leaves start to die down at the end of autumn. They only hibernate a couple of months perhaps through November till January when they start to grow again.

Ahrr yes for all the goodness to go back into the bulb.
