Joyful.

Thanks - these are great plants to have. They bloom all summer and are drought tolerant. They are excellent in arrangements too - they pair up nicely with everything and last. The two tone gold and yellow makes them stand out.

I’m a fan of these. Some patients have them in their gardens, they are another perfect summer flower.

Same here Kate. I can relate. What line of work are you in if I can ask? I do Business Development for a large financial firm in midtown Manhattan but often I can work from home.

Hi Paul, I’m a specialist Peritoneal Dialysis nurse. Our office is based in our local hospital but usually I’m out in the community as our patients undertake dialysis independently at home.
I’ve been to Manhattan a couple of times...so much to see and do. Thing is, you can visit over and over and keep seeing new things. It’s great you can work from home when you need to/want to.

That's great Kate. Your patients and staff must adore and respect you. You have an endearing quality about you - invaluable in that line of work.

Thank you Paul, that’s truly kind! I do love what I do, I get to meet some really lovely, interesting people. It’s a very rewarding job I have to say. Some days it would be great to have a magic wand with me to just take away some of their problems.
I hope your Mom is doing better? Is she feeling ok? Has she still got her care input?

Thank you for asking about my mom. She is doing well and her broken arm is healing up nicely. She's eager to get back to her normal routine and want's to cut off the cast she's wearing. I'm sure it's got to be uncomfortable especially in this Summer heat. She's got to keep it on through August, then the physical therapy to reverse the atrophy. I'm thinking of hiring a nurse to look after her and help her out.
