Cobaea stages

The Cobaea stages captured together. From bud to opening and changing colour, then closing and hanging down. The other pot of these had a very nice fat seed pod. I find these very hard to pollinate. They say in Mexico bats pollinate them. We used to have bats here but haven't seen any for years. A paintbrush is my m.o. but it certainly is hit and miss.

Nice to see 3 phases of the flowers together.

We had bats many years ago, but like yourself, never see any these days.
