Thank you so much Dawn. I didn't know I can use it for tea. Thanks Kate. I need to find more uses for sage - besides cleansing the house of evil spirits, lol. It smells nice.

We have sage and onion stuffing with pork or chicken just a little olive oil in a pyrex dish and cooked in the oven my grandson mixes it with sausage meat but I prefer it with out sausage meat.

pork can be a little too decadent with turkey. I prefer seasoned rice or mash potatoes
