In the lower garden
Comments on this photo
I have struggled with this area. I now realise that the secret of perennials is having a bold enough clump of each colour.
The white daisies are great down here in the lower garden where it can be a little shady. In the evening, when the light is fading, they stand out like beacons in the gloom.
White doesn't go so well in the more formal upper garden which is hot and sunny, but down here it really lifts the area.

It looks lovely, like the japanese house half hidden. Yes I thought the same looking at my daisies, really bright at dusk.
