Oh what nice Marigolds, I love the colors.
Just a hint of red.

Lovely colour, but I don't like the smell of Marigold leaves, and neither do White Fly apparently. I put one or 2 in the greenhouse as companions for my Tomatoes.

Thanks Kate, these are different - propagated from last year's seed. So easy to grow. Give them a splash of fish fertilizer and they the get gigantic. Many different color patterns all on one plant.
Siris I'm not crazy about the smell either. I consider these work plants for the same reason - they keep pests away from my tomatoes, carrots & peppers. I can't smell them unless I get down and put my nose right into it. I find the feather foliage very attractive too. Nothing ever bothers these. They are real troopers in the garden. They can take long periods of dry weather and also the deluge from the passing storm.

Very pretty marigolds, the tango orange splash makes them just that little bit different.
