Avocado

It makes a lovely house plant.

I have just nipped the top out Wildrose, but I am so pleased to have got this far with growing it.

It seems to grow quickly now HB.

I've nipped out the top and there are buds growing between the leaves. I am watering with rainwater, but not keeping it wet. It is on the kitchen windowsill that gets a lot of sun.

Isn't it exciting? There's something magical about watching something grow which we started ourselves.

Even more so in these times Waddy. We cut the Lavenders that had finished flowering today. It's been a funny old day with sunshine thick cloud and heavy rain showers.

Do you dry it? I like to keep some of mine in the wardrobe.

I used to at one time, but don't now. I love the smell of Lavender though.
