Salvia believed to be 'Phyllis Fancy' and 'Neon'

Are they hardy-ish?

Neon is so vibrant and just keeps on flowering here. I think the flowers on Amistad should be totally purple. Maybe that purple and white is Phyllis Fancy?

They've stayed out for a few years but seeing someone else's comments re Salvia I've taken some cuttings this year Anget. My 'Hot Lips' has always been out as well but here in the south we have been lucky with winters the last few years apart from "the beast from the east".
