Garrya elliptica 'James Roof'

I would love to find room for this, but I have seen them around the estate and they do grow large, don't they? Neat pic, Klahanie.

Great plant Klahanie! We had one against a fence just outside the dining room window and the catkins looked wonderful with the lights on at night. Grown flat against the fence and hard pruned it didn't take up all that much space - push the boat out Amy!

Can't help you there, I never tried. But it is very easy to train flat on a wall (with wires)
