sadly we lost one to the sparrow hawk but we still have at least 9 hounding us for food.

Yes there seems to be quite a few Blackbirds around here too. We have a Sparrow hawk around here, but I suppose that's nature, it's got to eat.

I just love having the male blackbirds in the garden!

I heard the Blackbirds early this morning as part of the dawn chorus . . . beautiful start to the day.

They sing beautifully don't they. Our Mistle thrush was singing away today. Thanks everyone for having a look.
