This has had three or four flowers so far this year. They just appear overnight. Tiny little beauty bought from Hampton Court Flower Show a few years ago.

That's a lot of flowers for a tiny plant. There are none so far on mine, but it has been covered with the Perspex lid over the Scree garden. The one I bought just recently is a purple one.

The plant's not as tiny as you think Siris. Ten or twelve spread round half the pan. I've seen the purple in photos only but a nice colour.
