That is good to hear, Julia! I’m pleased you’re put there enjoying the garden and what it has to offer, but, looking after yourself at the same time x

Looks lovely Julia, I used shears on a Rosemary shrub in the front garden today. It means I shall lose the blue flowers but I prefer it to look 'rounded' . . . I'm a bit OCD at times!

Julia, I know exactly how you feel! After pruning the Rosemary and two Osmanthus shrubs yesterday, my shoulder and neck on one side are quite painful today . . . :o(

I tend to over do it and I know about it later when my hips play up!
Your garden always looks immaulate Julia!

Oh,I can relate to the 'overdoing it' when gardening,Ladies.! It happened to me yesterday, and I carried on into the evening too,reshaping/trimming Euonymous,Weigela, and two Red Robin Photinia's .! But,satisfaction won the day,and amazingly,I didn't ache this morning ! whoo hoo!
Sorry Julia, got a bit side tracked ,your garden looks wonderful ! :o)

I asked OH to apply some Deep Heat cream to my shoulder - he said it must hurt a lot as he knows I detest the smell of it! Not as bad today so I may well just do some gardening after lunch . . . :o)

Julia, the sun is shining and rain is forecast for tomorrow. Therefore, the garden beckons, ha ha!

The Rain has just arrived here,Shirley at 6pm,so no watering tonight..yippee,and I didn't do any gardening today at all ! :o) I do hope you had your sensible hat on today ,when gardening, and I hope the bees, insects etc, weren't lured by the fragrance of Deep Heat ! Lol .

Sandra and Julia, you will be surprised to hear that I did NOT garden after all and was very good by reading the Sunday paper and mag. in the little sun house. Just one day late on the news but as it was mostly about Matt Hancock it was a boring read!
In fact, it was just nice to watch and listen to the many Bees, some Magpies and Seagulls. Perhaps I should sit more often . . . :o))

Lol,Shirley, so pleased you had a very relaxing day.. So did I,and also did similar..yawns,raised eyebrows,at the news,so watched some decent recorded TV programmes instead .. I agree,it is quite nice to sit more often.. but a day is more than enough for me,and I imagine, for you as well ! :o)).

Sandra, you know me too well! I can't sit around doing nothing for very long . . . :o)
Ha ha Julia, we have just had a ten minute downpour with rain forecast for most of tomorrow so it could be a housework day . . . :o(
