I've always had a passion for Hares so when I saw him on line just had to buy!Not normally a lover of garden 'ornaments '
He is 2ft high and was already rusted on arrival....took a little wandering around before I finally found the right spot for him beside the graceful grass. The sun hits him for most of the day and evening. Can be seen from all angles of the house....does cheer me up when I'm takling the drought issues.I know it's little things........lol.

He's lovely - doesn't he look completely at home? You chose the right spot for him!

He's really lovely. We get Hares in the hills near here.

They shouldn't be allowed to do that Meadowland.

They used to do the same near us when I lived in Oxfordshire. I called the police - they weren't interested unless I could 'prove' they weren't out just exercising their dogs.
I love your hare, Meadow. They have a totemic quality. I have a few handmade wall tiles of them and some artwork inside our house.

I know I’ve been introduced to Hector already, but I still think he looks a very lovely addition to your garden, Julia! I do love the ‘rustic’ charm he has!
