Triceratops rubromarginata clematis as on the label...... changed to another name now Triternata

This was planted on an obelisk 3 years ago...it does put on a lot of growth, very pretty with a fragrance. I use 3 metal supports around it. Why do they keep changing plant names!

It is a lovely, scented clematis. You've trained it well, because it is a bit of a 'goer' if you don't keep your eye on it! It looks good.

It looks so pretty, Julia. I can imagine it's heavily scented.
I tried this one a few years ago and it withered sadly...
I'll enjoy yours!

I loved this Clematis for 2 years, but sadly it withered and died, rather like Kates by the sound of it!

It was growing along a fence, we had seats in front of it and the scent was fabulous. Almost overnight it just upped and died ... :o(

Just remembered that another GoY member, possibly Karen, had the same problem.

No Julia, I don't do Facebook but I know Karen is on that.

There was somewhere she blogged about her beautiful garden, but for the life of me I cannot recall what it is.

I must do some research to try to find her once more.
