Monarda (Bee Balm)

 Monarda (Bee Balm)

They do not call this plant Bee Balm for nothing. I have a bee in every single picture I've took of it.
This had a label 'Balmy Pink' . I read The "balmy" series suppose to be cultivated for mildew resistance and shorter growth.(12")
I am not sure about the mildew resistance but sure is not 12" it is at least 3feet tall.

One of the favoured hummingbird plants.

I do love them but stopped growing them due to the mildew problem ,such a shame .

It’s great to have a plant that not only looks lovely, but attracts so many bees!!! A definite garden must!
