I have them planted out and so far so good, the dlugs seem to go for something else. It is a wonderful colour isnt it?

This lovely purple one is in part shade under a pear tree, but Ive got R. Red Gurka, planted out in full sun and the slugs havent ever touched it. Also little pink R.scillifolia in the same area just seeds itself.

What else?

See who else is growing Roscoea cautleyoides (Roscoea).

See who else has plants in genus Roscoea.

This photo is of "Roscoea ex Pennine Purple" in Siris's garden
