It’s a really good bloomer. I got the cuttings from my friend who lives a few miles away. It becomes a very big, heavy woody vine. These plants are in a pot for now, no room in the ground.

I just read the foliage has the aroma of garlic. Can it be used in cooking?

Yes, that’s why it’s called garlic vine.

Smells like garlic and edible could be two different things. If its edible..might be nice in a salad. We've been adding edible plants in the yards. I have yet to post pics since some things are starting out like Chayote vine and some Asian herbal plants whose names I forgot.
The front yard is still all ornamental dry plants. Saves water!
