I've grown these from seed. If all goes well, they take 2 years to flower but very rewarding.

Thanks Kate. They've gotten ginormous over the summer. The fancy hybrid ones I bought from the garden center fizzled out in 1 year. I'm quite happy with these.

I hope to see it Kate. Linda, this is Echinacea - it goes by a couple names. It does make a yummy cup of tea. I add a couple mint leaves as well.

I've learnt something there Paul. I didn't know you could make tea with it. Do you use the petals?

I only use the new leaves near the top of the plant.
