Thank you Kate. It's not beach weather here when December rolls around. But,it can be frost free and if a tropical has any tolerance to cool,we can LOOK like its a warm BAJA day-lol.

It looks great! Hopefully, the warm weather will last with some rain. It’s actually a little cooler today, only 70 degrees. We were getting used to so many days in the 80’s and 90’s over the last two weeks here.
