my first thought was he looked very organic, his legs look more like tree trunks. that is amazing.

I like his face, it's as if he's looking down at all the soil and mud that he belongs to..

I thought of an Ent as well Sbg.
It's making people stop at the side of the road to take a proper look , in fact locals are worried it will course an accident as they stop in a lay-by opposite and then run across the busy road ..
Janey The sculpture is in a field beside the main road as you go into the village of Yoxford hence the reason why the sculpture named him Yoxman ..

Interesting sculpture, Amy. I wouldn't have guessed it was bronze. Looks quite natural and organic as Eileen mentioned.
I think he needs some underwear though!

He's rather unsettling, but maybe that's the idea. To me he has the feel of a golem about him, even though he's made of bronze. He's certainly a challenge!

I thought he was made of mud, tho' I guess that wouldn't last very long. Can't say I like him much. I'm not really into sculpture. I have seen trees hacked & then carved into something stupid. Why would anyone think they could improve on a tree.?
