Rosemary starting to bloom on the bund

I have seen it start to flower in January..but, pleased to see it starting to bloom now..love the scent when I step up to feed the birds.

I have a rosemary hedge around my rose garden and it hasn't flowered at all in three years! I have to clip it soon and can't wait much longer for the flowers!
