Spring flowers

OH bought few spring flower pots on his grocery trip and I decided to plant them.Went out there even if the weather is not so nice. I have about 6 more to go.

Lovely to see your spring flowers! My Grape Hyacinths are in full flower on the balcony.
A couple of years ago (or perhaps more) some seeds from them fell out of the balcony into the grass that surrounds it. Some have grown & flowered. This year they were doing particularly well & I took a photo. Well, just as well I did as the very next day the council gardeners came round & cut the grass for the first time this year & chopped off all the flowers & most of the leaves! I don't know if it will survive to grow & flower again next year.
