Label says:- Open bells of soft pinky copper in late spring and summer. The petals are attractively crinkled and crimped at the edges. Sun or part shade. Very hardy, came through winter 2010. (-21oC)

It’s an all round good garden plant, I’d say! Attractive leaves and flowers too.

Thanks Anget and Kate. It’s great to hear that yours is doing so well that you have been able to split yours Anget. Mine looks as if it’s bulking up well so fingers crossed I can do the same as you next year. It’s definitely a stronger plant than my others.

The flower stems on mine are not so tall, also mine is getting mildew as do my Pulmonarias.

This is jostling for room in the strawberry bed. I only put it there until I decided where to put it permanently. It seems to like it there so it can stay a while longer!!
