Barrel pond

Love it. Have been trying to convince OH to create a small pond. I was very tempted by the zinc baths etc at the Malvern Show and wanted to do something similar on our patio. I like the way you have grouped your hostas round it.

Anget - Thank you, I might change it around a bit but for now will let things settle.

Seaburngirl- I got some more oxygenator plants and topped it up with rainwater. Think it had to go through a cycle.

yes they usually do, needs to take out excess nutrients and the plants as they grew will have done that.
