I tried an image search but had no luck. My mum told me what it was called but I can’t remember. I found it now with help of course. Hardy perennial herbaceous.

The flower is very similar but it has a different sort of leaf, I know it’s not very clear but it’s like a stinging nettle type leaf in the top of the photo and it’s stems are long but they flop over and are not upright nor ground trailing. I will try take a pic of the leaf tomorrow.
