Going to the garden waste dump

I just posted this in reaction to Anget's blog. Hopefully she will see it. We have several loads like this every summer.
We have a free service near us where we can drop any garden and tree waste. We chip some but most goes there.

Yes, your waste scale is somewhat different to mine, Klahanie!! Good that it gets recycled, though. One green waste bin wouldn't cover it, would it?

That's what they tell us, Klahanie. It used to be that we could buy it back (composted) as soil conditioner from the local waste tips. Haven't seen it there for along while.
