Lilium lancifolium

Lilium lancifolium (Lilium lancifolium)

Lilium lancifolium is so easily spread from the bulbils up the stems that it could become a nuisance.

Thank you. So reliable and the dreaded Lily Beetles seem to prefer any other Lily rather than these. Hope Ive not spoken too soon.

Hot and zingy indeed! Fab show, Sue!
Fingers crossed it remains lily beetle free 🤞

so great to see these growing well. I took some of those little bulbils from some roadside plants three years ago and planted them beside my greenhouse near the plume poppy. the plume poppy is topping 8 ft. and rather shading the lilies but I'll have bloom in this heat, before long. It's been a three year wait, so I'm excited about it.

See who else is growing Lilium lancifolium.

See who else has plants in genus Lilium.
