These palm looked beautiful with the background of hurricane Kay’s clouds. It was raining after eating at the restaurant across the street. Photo take in Washington Manor, San Lorenzo, CA. On Sept 10, 2022.

Great looking palm trees! Did the hurricane pass close by?

Stan,
It’s across the street from Manor Grill right off 880 in San Lorenzo. It’s not too far from where you live.

Balcony,
Thanks. 😃
Tropical Storm Kay came within 60 miles south of San Diego. Luckily, it didn’t cause too many problems..just got some much-needed rain. At one point it looked like San Diego was expecting tropical storm conditions, but it never happened.

Good to hear that the hurricane passed you by! 👍😀

Thanks😁. A hurricane hasn’t hit San Diego since 1858, so it’s been an extremely long time. It’s extremely rare.

Perhaps with climate change, global warming, etc you may get one - one of these years!
