Thanks, Angie! As nobody ever says anything I don't know what they think! Though you'd think with over 20 flats above us somebody would say something but they never do.

A bit like living on our estate. I think we're considered a bit 'strange' when we work on our front garden! There are a few others like us, though :-)

As people come & go fairly frequently I'm always hoping some new people will move into one of the flats that will have an interest in gardening & seeing what's possible on our balconies might me encouraged to grow a lot on their balcony as well & perhaps we could become friends! (Been waiting 20 years for this to happen!)
