Crocuses just opened on balcony 6th February 2023 001

Lovely shades to this Crocus.

The brown stripes on the outside of the petals does make this Crocus rather different from others, Shirley!

Definitely ... I may just have to buy some of these for next year!

I got them this year from Wilco's when they were having a clearance sale of their bulbs. I could tell you the name of them but the photos are on my old computer, they didn't transfer to my new computer.

David, I shall look out for them later in the year. The sun shone briefly today and it was wonderful to se the mauve Crocus all opened up ... hooray!

The sun has shone most of the day today so around 3pm I took some pictures of my Crocuses flowering on the balcony. There are lots of blues open or opening apart from the 2 colour yellows.
