Julia, this is a pretty Hebe. I looked around the garden this morning as the sun was out, no rain or snow, and was so happy to see a couple of Hebes undamaged by the cold weather of late.

No perennials planted out here as yet, lots of Hostas and Dahlias are in pots, sheltering from the inclement weather!
