The Jacaranda trees are flowering almost 3 months late this year in San Diego, CA. Some are just starting to bloom in June when typically they’re at their peak or past peak in mid-June. Photo taken June 7, 2023.

My daughter and her partner are visiting San Diego, then Los Angeles in six weeks time. I have requested she takes many photos of the flora and fauna for me!!

There’s many beautiful tropical and subtropical trees here in San Diego. Lots of parrots, also. Hopefully, your daughter will have good, warm weather! It’s been very cool and cloudy for San Diego the last 6 months. I think the last warmest weather was on Christmas Day, it was 86f (30 c) degrees here.
