Whereabouts in the county are you Ange?

North Wiltshire, near Swindon. We pass through/visit Somerset and Dorset a fair bit.

Such a pretty autumn pic.

I am very fond of Swindon environs. Spent some happy times there as a young woman. Liddington and Wanborough especially. I wanted to move to Wiltshire. It’s taken nearly 40 years!

Swindon itself is another matter!

My OH spent childhood holidays on a Wiltshire farm … we always love going back there.

Swindon is not a beautiful town is it? But Wiltshire is a lovely county with so much to offer, and it's a big county too. :)

I think there are nicer places in the County!

It was Winterbourne Gunner (I just remember driving across a ford once). Do you know the village Ange?

I do. We drive through it once a month on average !
