Hasn't done too badly..
Lost a few leaves and didn't settle until I had found a compatible place for it...which was the kitchen! The hall was too cold and the lounge too warm.I've been careful not to overwater it too. They seem to be quite fussy plants .Once the conditions are right they do deliver especially at this time of year.

Like this pink variety, Julia. A little softer than the red. Hopefully it continues to give you colour throughout the festive season.

It looks great! I didn’t know it was difficult to grow indoors.
Here in San Diego it grows outdoors as a big shrub or tree to 20 ft (6 m).

I’m so sorry to hear that! I really didn’t know it’s such a temperamental plant indoors. Between Hawaii and California, I’ve only lived my whole life where poinsettias can be grown outside.
I’ve posted several pics of poinsettias on GoY over the many years, but this is the only one I can find right now.

I think many of them die between the shop door and the car to be honest. It’s far too cold for them in the UK.

I gave up with them because they were so badly looked after by the shops which sold them - kept in draughts too often. I'm glad you've managed to save this prettily-coloured one. We bought a red vreesia instead and that is looking very festive!
