Baby Hummingbirds in Southern Magnolia Tree

These two baby hummingbirds flew the nest the next day. It only takes them a month to mature. The beginning of January is Hummingbird nesting season here in San Diego, CA. Photo taken February 14, 2024.

I love the hummingbirds, also. I just found a couple more hummingbird nests in the back of my shade structure hanging on my Philodendron ‘Brasil’ stems.
